Exchange Policy

• Eligibility Window – Exchanges can be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Condition – Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags and accessories intact.
• Non-Exchangeable Items – Customised, altered, or sale/discounted products cannot be exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.
• Shipping Costs – Return shipping for exchanges will be arranged and paid by the customer.

Damaged or Defective Items

• If your saree arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs.
• Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

How to Request an Exchange

• Email us at support@shopnojuri.com with your order number and reason for exchange.
• Our team will confirm eligibility and provide the return shipping address.
• Ship the item back using a trackable courier service.
• Once we receive and inspect the product, your refund/replacement will be dispatched within 5–7 working days.
